Discover our charming house in the heart of Périgord Noir! Situated in a peaceful hamlet just 2 kilometres from Montignac, our accommodation is ideal for a family holiday. You'll find all the comforts you need for an unforgettable stay.The accommodationOn the ground floor, you'll find a shower room with toilet and a fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The dining and living area, with sofa and television, is perfect for relaxing.Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and fitted wardrobes await you. A sofa bed in the living room provides extra sleeping space.Outside, a garden table and chairs make it easy to enjoy the enchanting surroundings. A charcoal barbecue is also available for convivial outdoor meals.Cleaning and linen are included, including sheets, towels and kitchen cloths.Here are a few features to note:Located at the top of a hill, our cottage offers a splendid view, but access requires climbing a few steps or a slope.A safety gate is installed at the stairs for children.Parking is available on the plot, but access can be narrow for larger vehicles.We look forward to welcoming you to our little corner of paradise in the heart of the Périgord Noir!
